Return & Cancellations
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans change, and we’re happy to assist with order cancellations.
- Cancellation Window: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- After 24 Hours: If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellations may not be possible. In such cases, please refer to our return policy.
- Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order products are non-cancelable and non-refundable once production layout has begun.
To request a cancellation, visit your Tübr account at https://account.tubrstorage.com. Eligible orders can be canceled directly through your account within the cancellation window. If you’re unable to cancel your order through your account or need additional assistance, please contact our support team at info@tubrstorage.com as soon as possible.
DOMESTIC RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
To be eligible for an exchange or return, all items must be in new, unused condition, and all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, warranty information and printed materials must be in the original packaging with the product to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If paying for your own return shipping, we recommend using an insured and trackable delivery method as Tübr is not responsible for any returns or exchanges lost in transit.
To initiate a return, visit your Tübr account at https://account.tubrstorage.com and select the eligible item(s) you would like to return. Return eligibility and any applicable return shipping fees will be displayed during the return process. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact info@tubrstorage.com for assistance.
All US returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Your exchange will be processed once your return label has been scanned. Please allow 14 days for all returns to be processed. Your refund will be processed on the form of payment selected by the customer. Any opened items will not be returned and sent back at the customer's cost.
A flat $4.90 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for eligible returns. Return shipping fees are waived for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers will receive an email notification once a return is fully processed through our returns department.
SHIPPING POLICY
Tübr offers free shipping for orders $75+ within the United States using UPS Ground. Our free shipping offer applies to consumer orders placed through our online store that meet the advertised order minimum. Wholesale and trade accounts have separate shipping terms, and consumer promotions displayed on the website do not apply to wholesale orders
Orders are typically dispatched from the warehouse within 1-4 business days, depending on volume. Shipping times may vary after processing due to recipient location but usually takes 2-4 business days. International shipping times can vary greatly, so refer to your tracking number for questions regarding international shipping times. All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import (this includes Canada).
After placing your order, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking numbers are emailed to customers at approximately 7pm ET each business day when orders are processed. Orders placed after 1pm ET may not receive their tracking numbers by email until the next business day. Due to some carriers processing times, expedited shipping orders placed after 12pm ET may not be received until the following business day.

All clearance items are final sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted.
