Your satisfaction is our biggest priority. That’s why we stand behind every Tübr™ product with an ironclad 30-day money-back guarantee.

That means you’ll love it, or you can return it within 30 days of receiving your Tübr™. So if you don’t love it, we don’t love it.

You’re also protected by a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects during that time.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days. Specific delivery details will be included in your confirmation email.

What’s your return policy?

To start a return:

1. Contact Customer Support at info@tubrstorage.com. Please include your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for the return. If the product is broken, kindly provide photos or videos of the item.

2. Ship the product to the address we provide. Please ensure it is returned in its original packaging.

3. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Do you ship overseas?

Tübr™ is currently exclusive to the U.S., but check back often—or better yet, sign up for our newsletter. We’ll keep you updated as we expand our global reach.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not at this time, but we have faith in you. Use the Sunday comics like mom used to do. Or better yet, just regift one of those 20 gift bags you’ve gotten from Amazon. Your call, buddy.

Gordo and Gordo Alümen are designed to hold the majority of cigar sizes, with ring gauges up to 65 fitting comfortably in each model.

Care & Maintenance

How should I clean and care for my Tübr?

A little TLC goes a long way. Proper care and maintenance will help keep your Tübr opening, closing, and sealing as designed.

Periodically wash your Tübr with warm water and dish soap, especially if you notice residue or buildup around the lid, threads, or O-rings. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to dry completely before use.

Why is my Tübr difficult to open or close?

If your Tübr becomes difficult to open or close, residue buildup or a dry O-ring is often the culprit.

Start by washing your Tübr with warm water and dish soap, paying particular attention to the lid, threads, and O-rings. Once clean and dry, apply a very light coating of olive oil, coconut oil, or MCT oil to the O-rings to help keep them lubricated and functioning smoothly.

Avoid vegetable oils, as they can cause the O-rings to lose elasticity over time.

How can I prevent my Tübr lid from getting stuck?

Regular cleaning is the best preventative maintenance. Keeping the lid, threads, and O-rings free from residue helps maintain a smooth open and close and keeps the seal functioning as intended.

If the O-rings begin to feel dry or the lid becomes harder to operate, a small amount of olive, coconut, or MCT oil applied to the O-rings can help restore smooth operation.
