How do you guarantee Tübr?
Your satisfaction is our biggest priority. That’s why we stand behind every Tübr™ product with an ironclad, 30-day money-back guarantee. That means you’ll love it, or you can return it within 30 days of receiving your Tübr™. So if you don’t love it, we don’t love it. You’re also protected by a 1-year warranty against manufacturer defects during that time. 

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Specific delivery details will be included in your confirmation email.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not at this time, but we have faith in you. Use the Sunday comics like mom used to do. Or better yet, just regift one of those 20 gift bags you’ve gotten from Amazon. Your call, buddy.

What’s your return policy?
1. Contact Customer Support at support@tubrstorage.com. Please include the following information: Order #, proof of purchase, and the reason for the return. If the product is broken, kindly provide photos or videos of the item.

2. Ship the product to the address we provide. Please ensure it is returned in its original packaging.

3. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please note that a refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Do you ship overseas?
Tübr™ is currently exclusive to the U.S., but check back often—or better yet, sign up for our newsletter! We’ll keep you updated as we expand our global reach. 

What Size Cigars fit in Gordo and Gordo Alümen?
The Gordo and Gordo Alümen are designed to hold the majority of cigar sizes. The internal dimensions of each chamber are 176mm x 25.5mm (or 6.93” x .985”).

Ring gauges up to 65 fit comfortably in each model. What that means to you: whether you like a Corona, Robusto, Lonsdale, Petit Corona, Panatela or Toro, they’ll be perfectly protected. Pyramids/Torpedo cigars may fit, depending on length. And Churchills? Well, maybe just get a poster tube and some bubble wrap.
